Your posting on Dayjob.com for a Field Service Engineer position caught my eye because I am currently looking for just such an opening.
I come to you as a proven Engineer who always gets things done on time, to the highest standards and with the least amount of fuss. What I feel really sets me apart from others is my ability to be flexible and pragmatic in providing solutions to customers.
I possess the practical problem solving skills needed to perform the scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of equipment. I can accurately estimate the time and materials needed to solve technical service issues and furthermore can interact directly with original equipment manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
As a superb communicator I have the teamworking skills needed to work cooperatively and possess the ability to work quickly and accurately in a shared community environment.
For the last 2 years I have been employed by ………… where during the course of my working day I am frequently exposed to wet and humid outside weather conditions. At work I am primarily involved in providing hands on local ICT support and fixing all ICT issues in remote offices.
